The Challenge

We utilized drone-mounted thermal imaging to efficiently survey the entire roof area, combined with targeted internal inspections during rain events.
Key Findings
Multiple roof penetrations (vents, skylights, downpipe boots) were identified as leak sources. Additionally, the roof membrane was found to be reaching end of life in several sections.
The Outcome
The client received a comprehensive roof condition report with prioritized repairs and a maintenance schedule to extend roof life while planning for eventual replacement.
