Systematic investigation of all reported wet areas using thermal imaging and moisture testing, combined with review of waterproofing certificates and specifications.

Key Findings

The investigation documented non-compliant waterproofing installations including inadequate membrane height, missing hobs, and failed shower screen junctions. Installation did not meet AS 3740 requirements.
